Equals Group has engaged Fifty One Degrees for AI Agent Implementation, beginning with an AI-powered SME and Enterprise Client Onboarding Agent. This new agent will automate routine onboarding tasks—accelerating time-to-value, reducing manual overhead, and improving the customer experience.

The existing process, while robust, involves a number of repetitive tasks across multiple teams—introducing manual effort, longer lead times, and occasional friction for new customers. As demand increases, Equals recognised the need to scale the onboarding journey without compromising on quality or compliance.
Our Approach
Fifty One Degrees is building a bespoke AI Agent to automate key steps in the onboarding process for SME and enterprise customers. The agent will capture information, verify documents and online materials, complete internal workflows, and ensure appropriate checks are actioned—all while integrating seamlessly with Equals’ systems and keeping human teams in the loop where needed.
By combining intelligent process automation and secure integration with internal platforms, the agent will reduce manual burden and streamline the onboarding experience end to end.
